A week before Christmas, we went to Aaron's family Christmas
where the kids got to sing "Happy Birthday" to Jesus
Camden and cousin Xander having a staring contest
Christmas Eve
The kids with their milk and cookies for Santa!
They went to sleep fairly quickly and did not come out all night. They were very patient, and Cam even waited until his 'light turned green' (color alarm clock) to come out in the morning.
Christmas Day
Camden and his Penguin Submarine
Sadly that's the only picture from Christmas morning. We waited... and waited... for Caroline to wake up. When she did, I think we were all so excited we forgot to pick up the camera. Aaron did video Caroline getting her much-waited Tangled Doll, and it was precious!
When we got to my grandparents house, we did get lots of pictures of Caroline opening up all of her Tangled presents.
Granny got her a 'Cindawella' dress. She loves it!
What she was really excited about? Tangled Panties!
Camden entertaining the family with some Christmas tunes on the Karaoke
Caroline rockin' out to her rendition of Jingle Bells
Camden relaxing with Kalyn. Opening presents is exhausting!
As if all of that wasn't enough, we then went back to my parents house to open gifts.
We are all a little bit tired at this point, so relaxing by the fire and
eating some Chinese take-out was the perfect way to the end the day.

Post Christmas
A few days after Christmas the weather was so beautiful, we decided to make a trip to the zoo. The time of year when the temperatures are usually below freezing, and we are not even wearing coats!
The kids got to spend a lot of time in the bird exhibit,
which is usually crowded with people during the summer.
Oh how she wanted them to come up eat from her cup!
Cam making sure we were on the right path on the map
Posing for the tigers and his daddy! Such a cutie!
